Your Heeling Feet Reflexology treatment will be in a calm and tranquil environment.

I will adapt your reflexology treatment to your personal therapeutic needs. An initial consultation allows me to gain more back ground information about you and your specific needs or issues and what you hope to gain from the treatment. (This first consultation is longer that your ongoing treatments will be, but at no extra cost)

The aim is to give you a truly relaxing experience.

On cooler days, the fire will be lit and you will be in a deeply comfortable reclining chair with the addition of a heat pad.

I will use my hands and occasionally a reflexology ‘wand’ to release the pressure points on the reflexes of your feet, rebalancing your equilibrium and helping your body to restore itself.
