Reflexology dates back to ancient times approximately 2330 BC, evolving by working hands and feet to help maintain good health and prevent disease.

Reflexology is a gentle non -invasive therapy which can be effective treating many conditions.  

It can help reduce stress and tension, encourage relaxation, regulate sleep patterns and promote a sense of wellbeing.

It addresses all of the 11 body systems from digestion and endocrine through to reproductive and the nervous systems.

Working  gently and sometimes deeply on the reflex points on your feet, the treatment can improve many more symptoms.

Reflexology can be experienced initially at weekly intervals (depending on what you are seeking from the treatment) and can move to a monthly treatment for ‘maintenance’.
